Security technology provided with a download is an inseparable part of the download.
In addition, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or disable any copy protection or use limitation systems associated with the Tracks. You may not play and then re-digitize any Tracks and you are not permitted the right to create any “derivative works” by altering any of the Content. You may not use the Tracks in conjunction with any other third-party content (e.g., to provide sound for a film).
To purchase downloads from this Site, you must be a credit or debit card holder or have an active Pay Pal account. We may change the payment methods that we accept from time to time. Transactions are processed in US dollars and you may incur a transaction cost or currency conversion fees if your payment card or PayPal account has a different local currency. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of confirmation does not constitute Plaza Records' offer to sell nor does it convey our acceptance of your order. Your order is deemed accepted upon delivery of Tracks (i.e. completion of a download of purchased Tracks as indicated by our servers.
Prices and Availability of Products (e.g. Tracks and other Content Materials) offered through the Site are subject to change at any time. Plaza Records does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
Each Track downloaded is an individual sale and subject to these Terms if Use. Each purchase you make will be regarded as a separate transaction and each delivery of a Track or other Content will constitute a separate sale, whether delivery is in whole or partial fulfilment of an order.
It is possible that from time to time a Track may be accidentally mispriced. In such an event, Plaza Records reserves the right not to accept any orders with prices based upon typographical errors.
All sales are final and all charges from sales are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be given (at our discretion) if we determine that your transaction failed due to technical difficulties solely on our part, and you were not able to successfully download or receive your order. Alternatively, we may offer to send the product subject to the failed transaction to you via your submitted e-mail address, or by alternate electronic means to be determined by Plaza Records.
Our liability to you
Plaza Records will have no liability for lost, damaged, or destroyed downloads.
